Hi John. It was actually an open window on a large carpark that had been filled with strips of coloured cloth. Why, I have no idea. Certainly brightened the place up.
Not just filled, but woven. A textile artist found a frame and was inspired to fill it.
Happy to stand corrected, Stephen. I was racing past and didn’t have too much time to study it. What a great idea, though.
